Description
KTPM normal operation is provided under the following conditions:
- installation height above sea level shall be up to 1000 m;
- ambient temperature corresponding to climatic version of I placement category is from minus 60 to plus 40°C; I placement category corresponds to temperature from minus 40
- environment - industrial atmosphere of P type according to GOST 15150-69, not explosive, not containing chemically active gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of KTPK to unacceptable limits.
Brief description of substation design and operational principle
KTPM consists of high-voltage input cabinet, low-voltage cabinet and platform with a transformer. Transformer of TM or TMG type is installed outdoors and protected with shield from atmospheric precipitation. Fuses FU1-FU3 are installed on high voltage side to protect the power transformer from phase-to-phase short circuits. Overload and short circuit protection of 0.4 kV outgoing lines is provided by combined circuit breakers QF1-QFn. Surge arrester is used to protect KTPM from atmospheric overvoltage: FV1-FV3 on HV side and FV4-FV6 on LV side. Schemes of auxiliary connections of substations provide for: metering of active energy at the LVS input (electricity consumption metering is carried out by PI1 meter); automatic switching on and switching off of street illumination (switching on and switching off of outdoor illumination line is carried out in the automatic control mode – photo relay KV1).
KTPM complies with the requirements of fire safety in accordance with GOST 12.1.004-91.
Safety requirements in accordance with GOST 12.2.007.0-75 and GOST 12.2.007.4-75.
