General information:
Kiosk package transformer substation, KTPK type, with a capacity of 250-1000 kVA is single (double)-transformer substation for outdoor installation and serves for receiving three-phase alternating current electric power with a frequency of 50 Hz and with a voltage of 6 or 10 kV, transforming it into electricity with a voltage of 0.4 kV and supplying it to separate populated locations and industrial facilities.

Description

KTPK normal operation is provided under the following conditions:

installation height above sea level shall be up to 1000 m;
ambient temperature corresponding to climatic version of I placement category is from minus 60 to plus 40°C; I placement category corresponds to temperature from minus 40
to plus 40°C in accordance with GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543. I-89; environment - industrial atmosphere of P type according to GOST 15150-69, not explosive, not containing chemically active gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of KTPK to unacceptable limits;

Brief description of substation design and operational principle
Structurally, KTPK is designed as a kiosk module and has a prefabricated welded structure. The design is intended for installation of a three-phase power two-winding transformer TM, TMG. Automatic switches (with fuses) are installed in the low-voltage switchgear to protect the outgoing lines. The transformer compartment has swing doors on both sides to access the compartment and to mount or to dismount the transformer.
